We have developed this privacy policy to provide you with information on how we process your personal data in the course of our services.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL GROUNDS

The purpose of processing your data is to provide your legal representative with a report which will be used in your claim, ie for the performance of a contract to which you (the data subject) is party.

The report will be based on the consultation and any medical records which you have consented to release to us for this purpose.
This information (health related special category data) is processed as it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim or claims or whenever courts are acting in their legal capacity.

SHARING OF DATA

Data will only be shared with you and your legal representatives and their agents, but may need to be shared with defendant solicitors/insurers only at the direction of the court and in relation to the claim that you have made.

Data will not be shared with any other party, and will not be exported outside of the European Union.

RETENTION OF DATA

We will retain your personal data in the form of identification data and any reports or letters generated by us to comply with General Medical Council guidelines.
Any medical records held either electronically or physically which have been used to provide background information to your report will not be retained, and will be securely deleted or physically destroyed as soon as your report is completed.

If you provide your e-mail address for communication this will only be used to arrange your appointment, and for no other purpose.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you reside in the EU you have the right under the General Data Protection Regulation to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervising authority.

If you wish to exercise your right to object to processing contact our Data Protection Officer at
